8. Squat with weights
How to do it: For this, you’ll need a bench or chair (anything that is knee-high and that you can sit on). Hold a kettlebell or other weight vertically in front of you with your elbows facing the ground. Squat down by bending your knees and putting your back into a slight arch. Take a moment to sit on the bench and then get up. Do this without a bench and squat all the way down and back up for a challenge.
