5. Burpees with push-ups
How to do it: Start by standing up with your legs straight, your arms at your sides, and your feet about hip-width apart on the ground. Lower your body into a squat, put your hands on the floor in front of you, and jump back with your feet into a plank position. Do a push-up, then jump forward with your feet just behind your hands. Next, jump up and raise your arms above your head. Finish the movement in one smooth motion.
