1. Caring too much about what others think
Do not waste thinking what people say or think about you. They probably don’t even care what you think so why occupy your mind with such useless people’s thoughts. Stop feeling guilty, and save your energy and time to invest in people who actually care about you.
Life is too short and not enough to make everyone happy around you. But your life is a complete waste if you do not give enough importance to your own needs, both physical and mental.
