11. Sleep properly
When it comes to sleeping, we have a strict timetable for the kids. As soon as the clock ticks 10, they should be sound asleep. In fact, we are very adamant about it. However, we as adults don’t really take this seriously, even though we need more rest than the kids do. Instead of sleeping, however, we tend to log on the internet for hours till we realize the sun is about to rise up in a few hours. We don’t even stay up to do anything productive but rather spend mindless hours on the social media.
