1. Gaddafi’s Benevolence
Libya’s Dictator, Muammar Gaddafi came to power in 1969. Under his rule, the entire country remained extremely cautious as Gaddafi sought out enemies of the regime and any probable spies that the country might have had. He had everyone arrested, and often murdered with no hesitation. In fact, he even sent assassins abroad to kill anyone plotting against him in some other country. But that does not mean he did not do anything for his country and the people in Libya. As the dictator of Libya, he saw to it that everyone in the country received free education, healthcare, and free electricity. He even made sure that all the citizens get subsidized housing and transport facilities. In short, he made sure that all his people had the basic necessities in life and could carry on with their lives with no problems.
