2. Farmed Salmon
It’s hard to find any dietician who hasn’t recommended grilled salmon in diet food chart. Then why salmon is on the list? The dietician meant naturally grown organic salmon of the ocean. Not farmed. Because, farmed salmon are grown in captivity and chemical fish feed containing cancer-causing chemicals and metals, which can’t get digested or broken down by their body, is fed to them. When humans consume these salmon, even if they are cooked well done, these chemicals trigger cancer to develop in the body.
