By real food, I am trying to say less processed food from the market and more natural organic food.  Take fewer trips to the grocery store and more trips to the farmer’s market instead. Foods that contain chemical ingredients are not healthy for your body and should be avoided as much a possible. Buy more perishable items like yogurt, fresh bread, etc. instead of those chips, granola bars, etc. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and grains will help fuel your body properly. Also, plant based diet is a very good idea as it will balance your diet and they taste good as well. However make sure to not overdo it, as more calories are not good for your body no matter where the calorie is coming from.
