2. Eat More Than 3 Meals
Our parents taught us to have 3 meals a day just like their ancestors taught them and we have made it a habit since then. However, it is a great idea to have some snacks in between the meals whenever you are hungry. Thus it will prevent you from overeating when you eat your next meal. Eating small meals more often makes you aware of what you are eating and how much you should be eating thus you can keep track of how much nutrients you are getting every day.
