1. Longer the gym hours, the better
Always remember that it is not about the quantity but rather about the quality. Similarly, in a gym you can spend around three to four hours working out and not get your desired result. Or you could work out efficiently for an hour and half and see the result right before your eyes. By spending too long in the gym, you are destroying your body. Your body needs time to recover and the muscles need that time to heal. On the other hand, don’t waste your time in the gym by wondering around and texting people that you are working out. Stay there for a short time but make sure that your workout is efficient.
