Scrolling through your Instagram feed or browsing Reddit right after you wake up can be counterproductive to a healthy lifestyle. Looking at endless photos of your friend’s vacation can de-motivate you and put you in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Ditch your phone and do something healthy instead. Make yourself a light breakfast, read a book the newspaper, go for a walk with your dog or do some yoga instead.
