3. Juices have no fibre
Although juices claim to “cleanse” the body from so-called toxins, they are actually missing the most important component. Fibre or roughage is needed to help your body with digestion. It also keeps you feeling full and prevents you from overeating. Moreover, high fibre diets prevent diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Although fruit juices contain vitamins and antioxidants, they have no fibre and will not fill you up and will leave you hungry and unsatisfied.
