3. Salad dressing
Whether you like ranch, French or Italian dressing, they all have one thing in common- they’re all bad for you. Processed dressings barely use any ingredients that can be called food; everything is artificial. The ingredients list on most dressing bottles are full of weird chemical names most people can’t read and no one should consume. To top it all, they are full of MSG which is responsible for brain damage, obesity, heart problems, migraines and fatigue. For a healthier option, make your own dressing with yogurt, lemon juice and fresh herbs. Homemade dressing is just as tasty as the store bought version but without all the unhealthy ingredients.
