Creating life in laboratories from scratch – this seems to be the future of genetic engineering. This idea has been dubbed ‘Artificial Life’ and is based on the idea of creating biological life-forms through the use of computers and synthetic objects. This includes creating DNA and cells through technology. This kind of technology can lead to creating artificial animals as pets or even designer humans!
