4. Listen more, speak later
Yes, a good voice and speaker will always make you charming, but if you are a great listener then you will be even more charming. Why? Everyone wants to talk, but not many wants to listen. Good listeners are hard to find. And I’m not talking about nodding your head and saying “hmm” to their every word. I mean, listening attentively and remembering those tiny details. It makes you seem more interested and people will always find that charming. When you listen, you bring the other person out of their shell and make them open up. And that creates a level of comfort with you.
