3. Confidence
Anything and everything you do, need to come off as confident. No matter what you are trying to do or say, if you look confident then people are going to be awed at you. In difficult times, people tend to look at their leaders to instill confidence and ride out the wave. In good times, people look at people who will encourage further growth and show appreciation. Confidence is contagious and if you can inspire others to be confidence then you will be a person they will all look up to and want to be around you.
