4. Sleep
Sleeping properly is the best way to overcome anxiety. Ironically, lack of proper sleep is also caused due to anxiety. So if you are really suffering from anxiety then getting those peaceful hours of sleep can be hard. In order to make sure you are not sleep deprived, try to finish up your work early and keep aside 7-8 hours of sleep. Make it a habit so that your body falls into sleep automatically. Stay away from screens such as laptops and smartphones before you hit the bed. Getting sleep is crucial in overcoming anxiety.
