7. Nurses are often overworked
Hospitals are often understaffed and nurses usually work multiple shifts without a break in between. Don’t distract your nurses while they give or while they work on you. This will prevent them from getting distracted and making errors. Be friendly with the nurses; ask them about their day when they aren’t too busy. Talk to them about your treatment and condition. This can improve the standard of care you receive.
