6. Hospitals can be violent
Evidence shows that hospitals are becoming increasingly violent. Doctors and nurses frequently report getting spit on, attacked or threatened. This is because the healthcare system doesn’t really cater to mental illness and a lot of patients suffering from mental illness and substance abuse act out in hospitals.
