Sadness is an emotion which is very strong and can change what we do or how we do it. Feeling sad can make everything twice as hard as it actually is, it lowers efficiency and invites trouble since you lose the capability to think sensibly. One must overcome sadness by:

  • Overcoming the feeling and look forward
  • It can make everything worse

To make things better, invite happiness in your life, do what makes you happy. You must be strong enough to change your emotions and find things which help you and inspire you to think straight and work properly by overpowering the sadness. All these beliefs have taken over our lives, they might sound as big issues but they surely play a big role in our lives every day. We must be strong and face these problems, only then we can sort them out.
