4. Dual-lens camera system
The new iPhone has a protruding, hump-shaped enclosures that contains not one, but two cameras. The iPhone 7 cameras are thought to be a dramatic improvement from the iPhone 6 with better picture quality and low-light performance, which has been a weakness of the iPhone camera since 2007. The dual cameras on the iPhone 7 Plus are said to deliver brighter, more detailed images. Apparently, both sensors capture colour differently but take the picture simultaneously, while the device merges the two images for a single photograph. It has been thought that the dual cameras will sharpen images in low light environments, while zooming should retain more clarity thanks to the two lenses.
