3. Rib eye steak
There’s some good news and some bad news regarding steaks. Not all steaks are bad for the body. Some research indicates that certain parts of steaks are actually good for the body and help cut down the belly fat. However, rib eye steaks along with T-bone steak are direct contributors to the belly. In fact, they are the fattiest of cuts known to men. They are rich in fat and hence cause a lot of obesity-related problems. They also tend to increase the waist size.
Alternative- Try eating the right cut of meat for steaks. This way you are avoiding the excessive fat but still end up enjoying a good meal.
