4. Hip Release
The tight hamstring muscles on your hips or lower back pain are often caused by sitting in one place for a very long time without taking a rest or letting the muscles and bones move. To remove this aches or prevent them from happening you have to kneel down and let either of your legs out in front of you in 90 – degree angle keeping your foot on the floor being flat. Give some stretches to your hips and lower back. Additionally, you can raise your opposite hand and go on stretching and keep changing sides.
