3. Head to Toe Stretch
This exercise releases your whole body tight muscles within seconds. You have to stand straight and raise both of your hands above your head and interlock your fingers. Then, stretch as much as you can so your whole body can feel the stretch along with all the joints for 8-10 seconds after that do down to your toes and try touching them. Do it for more 8 – 10 seconds and keep repeating 5 – 10 times. This releases the extra tension of your joints making your body relaxed. This movement is also useful to children, teenagers and even some young adults for growth.
