  • Vaccinate your dog time to time and especially in epidemic area as other vaccines may also help the virus to stay away making the immune system of your dog stronger.

  • If your dog turns ill with H3N2 Canine Flu, leash your dog in your home, keep them away from other dogs and outdoors such as parks, events or any places until it recovers completely
  • If it is needed to take your sick dog out to the veterinarian, maintain vigilance such as by taking them in the car and keeping doors and windows shut.
  • Take good notice of your dog because sometimes symptoms are not that much shown in some dogs. But later shows pneumonia and that might even cause death.
