This is a very well known fact; a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. People who tend to exercise at least three times a week tend to have a fresher mind and less anxiety. When you exercise your body feels good and that adrenaline rush during the workout helps clear out the mind. You feel good overall. Any sort of depression can be combated by exercising. Now a lot of people think that exercising means hitting the gym, lighting weights and sweating it all out. That does not necessarily have to be the case. A simple walking to work, taking the stairs or even a ten minute jog every morning can be good for the body and mind. Just be active every day and you’ll see how much better you feel.
