5. Avocado
Avocados have a lot of fiber and a lot of vitamins. Due to the high amount of monosaturated fats in them can also help you lower LDL cholesterol and keep your cells healthy. But fat still remains fat. A single avocado has 240 calories, about 10–20% of the ideal amount of calories a person should eat. Eating too many calories can cause problems with your arteries. If you eat avocados raw, you shouldn’t eat more than half or one per day (so not avocado chips, for example).
