3. Sleep properly
Your eyes have to work all the time. They need rest too, just like every other part of your body. Getting enough sleep is vital for good eyesight. While you sleep, your eyes rest, recover and repair and that’s why you should get at least 8 hours of sleep. Without proper sleep, your eyes will feel sore and tired and your vision will be blurry. Adequate rest can help in eyesight improvement since sleep allows overworked eye muscles to relax completely. In short, if your eyes are well rested, they will be in a much better condition.
