14. Protein intake
Let us clear one thing about working out. When you are working out, whether it is lifting weights or doing cardio, you are basically breaking down your muscles to rebuild them in better and stronger structure. For that, you need lots of protein to rebuild your muscles. A lot of people will just workout without taking in a proper amount of protein. That results in you being the same as you were before the workout. So it is quite pointless to workout then. It is recommended to take whey protein or soy protein shakes.
