Avoiding your calls when they are with their friends, and not planning to take you out with their friends, or not showing interests to meet your friends is a major negative vibe of a relationship. They are surely fooling around. You might end up getting hurt by the false hope they are giving you. Find someone who will not find it an embarrassment to introduce you with friends, rather will feel proud to do so.
