5. Deal with your emotions
Your eating patterns change as your mood changes. When you are stressed you end up eating comfort food like ice cream or chocolates. When you are bored, you look for snacks that are quite unhealthy. If you learn how to deal with your emotions the right way, that is staying away from the food, then you can control your over eating habits. The best way to deal with emotional stress is by exercising. By working out, your body will release endorphins which in return keep you happy.
