9. Stress
This is for all the students out there who stay up late almost digging those laptop/computer keys before an assignment or those textbooks before an exam, you my friend are harming yourselves. We all have been students once in our life; we all know the struggle of exams, the race to success the competitive world. Stress releases a hormone in your body called cortisol which obviously causes your glucose levels to shoot up and start building up as fat in the body. So kids stay healthy by doing something active in order to release endorphins which are our natural morphine in our body.
