8. They self-criticise, learn from mistakes and grow
They want to know what you think about them; they look for feedbacks on something they have accomplished, and seek genuine criticisms, and do not feel insulted or beaten-down by the negative remarks. They are always seeking for growth, in themselves, and in their personal and professional lives. They also tend to self-criticise and constantly challenge their own selves, to change something from good to better. They believe that even the “best” can be “better”.
