Drinking a few fizzy drinks everyday can have an adverse effect on our stomach and digestive system. They contain huge amounts of sugar and alcohol. Alcohol is considered the enemy of good health. Drinking fruit juice and bubbly water instead of fizzy drinks can be a good and healthy substitute. Though it might not taste as good for someone who drinks fizzy drinks regularly but you can get used to it over time if you have the willpower.
