Acne spots fall into two groups. This depends on whether or not they make the skin swell up. Still, there is acne that doesn’t cause inflammation and acne that does. Compared to noninflammatory acne, inflammatory acne is worse, and most of the time, you need to see a doctor to treat it.
Before you start treatment, we at CuriousMob.com want to tell you what causes the most common types of acne.
6. Whiteheads
These are flesh lumps or patches that are white or whitish in color and do not cause inflammation. They often have a white core that is surrounded by a red halo. It is possible that hair could emerge from the middle of the comb, or that it will appear to be imprisoned inside.
Causes: Whiteheads are caused when dirt, oil, sebum, and dead skin cells block the skin’s pores, leading to their formation. These are confined within the pore and cannot be accessed.
