Actual perception: The cast Iron pans we have might give you an illusion of being the best of the best non-stick just as like the actually non-stick pans. But yes, they are an illusion. There are not ever near the non-stick pans. And if you ask why, you can try it yourself by dumping in some cold eggs with absolutely no oil and try to make it done without any spot left behind.
